Retail Manager

We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager with at least 10 years of retail leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of meeting sales targets, managing large teams, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily retail operations to drive sales and achieve business targets.
• Oversee, motivate, and manage a team of 30+ employees, ensuring high performance and engagement.
• Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster long-term client relationships.
• Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present performance updates to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of retail management experience
• Candidates must be willing to relocate abroad as part of this role.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong financial understanding
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing large teams

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
