Floor Supervision & Rounds: Always present on the shop floor during operational hours. Conduct regular rounds every 30–45 minutes across all departments/sections (e.g., textiles, nightwear, slippers, home section). Ensure proper customer service, cleanliness, and product arrangement. Team Management: Monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline of floor staff. Allocate staff based on footfall and peak hours. Motivate, guide, and ensure team productivity. Customer Handling: Address customer queries and complaints immediately. Ensure customers receive proper attention and product suggestions. Merchandise & Stock: Ensure products are well arranged, clean, and price-tagged. Coordinate with the store team for restocking and fast-moving item placement. Sales Support: Support sales executives during busy times. Encourage upselling and cross-selling techniques among team members. Coordination: Liaise with billing, inventory, and security teams for smooth operations.
