Job Title: Retail Leasing Executive (Fresher)

Location: Mumbai

Salary: 5 LPA – 6 LPA

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive fresher to join our Retail Leasing team. The candidate will

support leasing operations, assist in identifying potential tenants, and help manage relationships with brands

and property owners. This role is ideal for someone interested in retail real estate, shopping malls, or

commercial property management.

Key Responsibilities

• Research in identifying and approaching prospective retail tenants for mall or high-street properties.
• Support the leasing team in preparing property presentations, layouts, and proposals.
• Maintain and update tenant databases, lease trackers, and documentation.
• Coordinate on behalf of leasing manager with internal teams (legal, operations, finance) for lease

agreements and approvals.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and rent benchmarking studies.
• Ensure timely collection of necessary documents, KYC, and tenant onboarding requirements.
• Prepare periodic MIS and occupancy status
• Helping in creating strong professional relationships with brokers and brand representatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA Marketing Required & Fresher MBA can Also apply
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, commerce, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of retail brands, mall operations, or commercial real estate (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel for site visits.
