We re on the lookout for a Retail Interior/Experience Designer who can think beyond the obvious and design experiences that reshape the way people interact with brands in a retail space. Someone who doesnt just design spaces but creates stories, emotions, and environments that pull people in.

Youll be developing high-impact concepts for both large and small retail projects, collaborating with our creative and strategy leads to push the boundaries of what s possible. We expect you to have your finger on the pulse of what s trending and, more importantly, what s next.

What You ll Be Doing

Strategic Design Solutions

Crafting multiple design solutions that balance strategy, functionality, and aesthetics while keeping budgets in check.

Working closely with internal teams to shape ideas and bring them to life.

Presenting concepts internally and to clients with clarity and conviction.

Collaborating with external design partners when needed.

End-to-End Execution

Seeing projects through from ideation to execution, ensuring the vision translates seamlessly.

Staying plugged into market trends, research, and innovations and sharing insights with the team.

What We re Looking For

A degree in a relevant field (Industrial Design, Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, etc.).

2+ years of experience in the industry managing third-party consultants and contractors.

A portfolio that showcases your range and creativity.

Technical Expertise

Clear understanding of materials, construction processes, and technical details.

Communication Skills

Strong verbal communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to conduct brand audits, competitor research, and consumer behavior analysis.

Professional Toolbox

Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Twinmotion. Comfortable working with AI platforms like Midjourney and DALL E. Strong hand sketching and technical drawing abilities.
