Job Description: As part of Accentures Global Network Retail team, you will work on digital transformation programs for leading global retailers. The role combines strategic consulting with hands-on implementation to drive outcomes across e-commerce, loyalty, and customer/marketing analytics. You will partner with clients to design customer-centric digital strategies, translate them into actionable roadmaps, and ensure successful execution by working with cross-functional and technology teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead or support client engagements focused on retail digital transformation, spanning e-commerce platforms, loyalty programs, and customer analytics. - Conduct diagnostic assessments, workshops, and benchmarking to shape digital roadmaps. - Collaborate with technology teams to implement solutions (e.g., SAP Hybris, Salesforce Commerce, Adobe Experience Cloud, CDPs). - Drive requirements gathering, functional design, and solution validation to ensure alignment with client objectives. - Manage data-driven marketing and analytics projects, enabling personalized campaigns, customer segmentation, and ROI measurement. - Support business case development, operating model design, and transformation governance. - Mentor junior consultants and contribute to thought leadership and asset development in retail digital.
