Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Retail Design Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to gain real-world experience, develop hands-on skills, and grow in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Whether you're based in Bangalore or prefer to work remotely, this opportunity offers flexibility, mentorship, and the chance to make a visible impact on exciting retail projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Good For Construction (GFC) drawings under the guidance of senior designers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.

• Convert initial design sketches into precise technical drawings.

• Create concept design 3D visualizations to support design intent and client presentations.

• Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and project documentation.

• Support the team in presentations, client communication, and concept development.

Required Skills & Experience

•Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

•Experience: 0–2 years (Yes, freshers are welcome!)

•Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD; able to produce detailed technical drawings.

•Experience with retail design projects is a bonus.

•Familiarity with tools such as SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, or rendering software is advantageous.

•A detail-oriented, self-motivated team player with a passion for design.

Software Proficiency

•Mandatory: AutoCAD, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SketchUp

•Preferred: Photoshop, Illustrator, Rendering Software, BIM
