Retail Business Development- Program Management

As a Retail Business Development and MIS Analyst, your role will involve combining retail business development with comprehensive MIS and analytics responsibilities. You will be responsible for ensuring data-driven decision-making, financial feasibility, and efficient project execution for new store launches. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing competing retail stores and brands across key performance metrics such as rent-to-revenue, productivity, and footfall benchmarks. - Building intelligence dashboards for leadership visibility. - Evaluating new catchments and markets through data-led frameworks to assess market size, demographic profiles, and sales potential. - Preparing comprehensive feasibility studies including P&L projections, ROI analysis, and break-even models for new/existing stores. - Supporting management in decision-making with data-backed commercial insights. - Coordinating and ensuring timely closure of all store-level documentation, legal due diligence, and agreements while maintaining compliance with organizational standards. - Owning the leasing MIS framework by developing automated, accurate, and real-time dashboards. - Ensuring consistency of data reporting and analytics across functions. - Monitoring project timelines from site sign-off to store launch and driving coordination across cross-functional teams to ensure targets are met within defined timelines. Desired Candidate Profile: - 3-8 years of experience in retail business development, MIS, or expansion planning. - Strong exposure to market research, competitive benchmarking, and catchment analysis. - Experience in financial modeling, feasibility reports, and ROI projections related to retail or allied sectors. - Knowledge of legal documentation, lease agreements, and compliance processes. - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS/report automation tools; familiarity with analytics or BI platforms is an added advantage. - Excellent project management and coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders. - Educational background: MBA/PGDM in Retail, Marketing, Finance, or related fields preferred.,
