We are currently seeking applications for the position of Management Trainee - Record to Report - Analytics. We are looking for a Record to Report Professional with a strong technical background in accounting functions, financial statements, and reporting. Responsibilities: - Ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data, maintaining the general ledger, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes. - Collaborating with the R2R lead or manager to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies, with a sound understanding of Record to Report processes. - Assisting in maintaining and updating the general ledger, recording journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy. - Supporting the financial close process by preparing and organizing financial data, working with cross-functional teams to meet reporting deadlines. - Performing tasks such as fixed assets accounting, sale and use tax, general accounting, bank reconciliation, inter-company accounting, and month-end close. - Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls, collaborating with auditors and management. - Keeping accurate records and documentation of financial transactions, reconciliations, and procedures. - Collaborating with various departments to provide financial information and address inquiries. - Performing variance analysis, writing commentaries on actuals vs forecast/budgets to identify key drivers and support decision-making. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. - Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. - IT skills: ERP (Blackline/SAP/Ariba/Alteryx), MS Office. - Relevant experience in reputed Captive/Outsourcing RTR Ops. Preferred Qualifications/Skills: - Freshly qualified Chartered Accountants (CAs) would be preferred. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and teamwork abilities. - Exceptional organizational and time management skills. This is a full-time position based in Noida, India. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education level.
