Retail Assistant Store Manager

Job Description: As a team member in this role, you will be responsible for building the business revenue, ensuring quality service to clients, and focusing on employee engagement and retention. Your duties will also include ensuring adherence to brand SOPs, leading and managing a team of 15 store employees, and overseeing stock and inventory management.
