Key Responsibilities:

Manage relationships with farmers, agri-entrepreneurs, traders, and rural customers.
Acquire new customers and expand business in the
Retail Agri portfolio
.
Promote and cross-sell products such as
Kisan Credit Cards, Gold Loans, Crop Loans, Tractor Loans, Agri Term Loans, Allied Agri Loans, and other liability products
.
Conduct credit assessment, financial analysis, and ensure proper documentation.
Achieve defined business and revenue targets.
Ensure portfolio quality by monitoring repayments and minimizing NPAs.
Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
Participate in local campaigns, village-level programs, and customer engagement activities to enhance visibility and reach.
