Resume Writing & Career Documentation Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Resume Writing & Career Documentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills in Tamil and English and have the ability to understand, analyze, and present career information effectively.

The candidate will be responsible for creating professional resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles for clients ranging from fresh graduates to senior-level executives across various industries. This role requires strong research skills, creativity, and the ability to tailor documents according to industry-specific standards and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients to gather career history, achievements, and job preferences.
• Create high-quality, customized resumes for fresher to executive-level professionals in multiple fields.
• Research and identify industry-specific keywords and job market trends for resume optimization.
• Rewrite and format resumes to align with ATS compliance and professional presentation standards.
• Develop tailored cover letters and LinkedIn profiles when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times.
• Meet deadlines and deliver accurate, polished documents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (English, HR, or related field preferred).
• Proven experience in resume writing, content writing, or career services is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Excellent research ability to gather relevant career and industry data.
• Ability to work with clients from various industries and career stages.
• Good attention to detail, formatting, and presentation.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of ATS-friendly resume formats.
• Familiarity with multiple job portals and recruitment trends.
• Time management and multitasking ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
