What Youll Do Here Develop and maintain software applications using the Microsoft.NET framework, incorporating .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC for scalable and efficient solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into clear design specifications. Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable C# code following best practices. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to support team growth and code quality. Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective fixes. Contribute to the design and architecture of software systems using modern .NET technologies. Perform unit and integration testing to ensure software reliability and performance. Keep up to date with industry trends and evolving best practices in .NET development. Assist in deploying generative AI models and LLM-powered applications to production environments. Monitor model performance and retrain models as you will need to thrive : Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer (.NET/.NET Core) or in a similar role. Proficient in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC frameworks. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. Experience with software development methodologies and industry best practices. Solid knowledge of relational databases and proficiency in SQL. Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
