Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor, located in Mount Abu, Rajasthan. The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Tasks include supervising staff, managing schedules, maintain inventory, preparing reports, training new hires, and handling customer complaints. Additional responsibilities include overseeing food and beverage operations to uphold quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

Supervisory skills, including team management and training
Strong Customer Service skills, focused on Customer Satisfaction
Excellent Communication skills
Experience in Food & Beverage management
Proven organizational and time management skills
