Restaurant Supervisor

We need a smart and capable candidate to look after operations at Williams Kitchen restaurant and Williams Court banquets.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervises staff members and assigns tasks and responsibilities
• Ensures all staff members adhere to proper food handling and safety procedures
• Maintains clean and organized restaurant environment
• Manages inventory and orders supplies as needed
• Communicates with customers and provides exceptional service
• Handles customer complaints and resolves issues in a timely manner
• Creates employee schedules and manages labor costs
• Trains and develops employees to improve performance and productivity

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry
• Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to manage staff and delegate tasks effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing situations, and multitask
• Proficient in using restaurant management software and other computer programs
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred
