Restaurant Supervisor

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our restaurant in Jaipur. This role is key to ensuring a smooth dining experience for guests while maintaining high standards of service, hygiene, and team coordination.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Supervise front-of-house and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest queries, feedback, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and coordinate with the kitchen team.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards.
• Prepare daily reports, manage shift schedules, and support training of new staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of billing systems, POS, and basic MS Office tools.
• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
