Job Description

Lead Daily Kitchen Operations: Manage prep, cooking, and plating for a high-quality, health-focused menu. Ensure Recipe Accuracy: Follow SOPs and standardised recipes for consistent taste and presentation. Menu Execution: Confidently prepare salads, sandwiches, sourdough toasts. Inventory & Cost Control: Track daily stock usage, reduce wastage, and assist in maintaining food cost targets. Team Coordination: Guide and support junior kitchen staff; ensure smooth collaboration and task delegation. Maintain Hygiene & Safety Standards: Ensure FSSAI-level food safety, daily cleaning routines, and kitchen hygiene protocols. Contribute to New Ideas: Assist in seasonal menu development, food trials, and recipe refinement. Guest-First Attitude: Ensure timely and accurate order execution with an emphasis on clean, flavourful food. Work Closely with Management: Coordinate with the founder and café team for daily planning, vendor coordination, and operations feedback.
