Job Description

Role Overview: You are an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager responsible for leading day-to-day operations at a Pizza & Wings restaurant. Your main goal is to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, effectively manage staff, maintain quality food standards, and drive profitability. Your passion for food, service, and leadership will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, food prep oversight, and cleanliness. - Hire, train, schedule, and supervise front and back-of-house employees. - Ensure outstanding customer experience by addressing complaints and maintaining service standards. - Monitor inventory levels, place supply orders, and manage food cost controls. - Ensure food preparation and presentation meet company and safety standards. - Drive sales and control costs to meet or exceed revenue targets. - Maintain compliance with health department regulations and ensure safe food handling practices. - Collaborate on or execute local marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions. Qualification Required: - Experience required: 3-4 years Please note that this job is a full-time position with day shift schedule and the work location is in person. Additionally, the company provides Provident Fund as a benefit.,
