Monitor table turnover, reservation management, and guest flow. Team Leadership Lead, train, mentor, and motivate staff across all levels: service, kitchen, café & housekeeping. Schedule staff, manage attendance and ensure optimal manpower. Conduct regular briefings for FOH & café teams. Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members. Guest Experience Ensure every guest receives exceptional hospitality and prompt service. Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure issues are resolved quickly. Build relations with regular customers and enhance repeat business. Monitor online feedback platforms (Google, Zomato, Instagram, etc.) Financial & Business ResponsibilitiesAchieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Control operational costs, wastage, and pilferage. Manage stock levels for food, beverages, café supplies & consumables. Verify daily cash handling and closing reports. Assist management in menu pricing, promotions & up-selling strategies. Compliance & Standards Ensure compliance with FSSAI, safety standards, and local regulations. Maintain highest standards of cleanliness across all floors. Conduct regular audits (FOH, café, restrooms, store & kitchen). Oversee maintenance of equipment, café machines, POS systems & fixtures. Coordination Collaborate with the Head Chef, Café Lead, and Central Operations Team. Coordinate with suppliers for quality, delivery, and timely replenishment. Work closely with HR for payroll, discipline, and staff performance. Skills & Requirements Minimum 3–6 years of experience in restaurant operations; fine dining/casual dining experience preferred. Strong knowledge of both FOH & café operations. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset. Proficient in POS systems, inventory software, and basic reporting. Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and peak hours.
