Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
• Implement innovative marketing and business strategies to boost revenue.
• Train, mentor, and manage restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.
• Maintain inventory, stock levels, and supplier relations efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
• Monitor restaurant sales, profitability, and cost control.
• Plan and execute promotional events, seasonal menus, and loyalty programs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a reputable establishment.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to introduce and execute innovative ideas to drive business growth.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant management software and financial reporting.
• Must be flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays.
