Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our pizzeria outlet. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, hospitality, and team leadership, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage front- and back-of-house staff. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Scheduling: Prepare and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage across shifts.
• Inventory & Procurement: Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, disposables, and kitchen supplies. Forecast inventory needs and place timely orders.
• Cost & Budget Management: Take ownership of budgets, implement cost control measures, and reduce operational wastage.
• Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer experience by addressing queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring prompt service.
• Compliance & Standards: Enforce compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations. Ensure all SOPs are followed.
• Reporting: Maintain records related to sales, expenses, stock, wastage, and staff performance for internal reporting and audits.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role (QSR experience preferred)
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of food safety, compliance, and hygiene standards
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant software tools
• Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field (
