Role & responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Manage and lead front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Maintain quality standards of food, hygiene, and safety in accordance with local regulations.
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.

  • Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to drive sales.
  • Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff.

  • Enforce company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
