Job Summary:

The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing guest inquiries, and maintaining a positive guest experience throughout their visit. The role involves greeting guests, handling reservations, addressing concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver seamless service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
• Assist guests with seating, reservations, and special requests.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain updated knowledge of menu offerings, promotions, and ongoing events.
• Coordinate with service staff, kitchen team, and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain guest records, loyalty preferences, and follow-up on specific requirements.
• Ensure lobby/reception area is tidy, presentable, and guest-ready.
• Support promotional activities and upsell services when appropriate.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and escalate concerns to management when needed.
• Adhere to company service standards, grooming guidelines, and hospitality protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum HSC / Graduate in Hospitality or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality (freshers can be considered).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with strong customer-handling abilities.
• Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of reservation systems areadded advantages.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
