Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager located in Ghaziabad. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-level customer satisfaction, managing the Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, budgeting, and hiring staff. Your role will involve ensuring that all standards and procedures are adhered to, delivering excellent customer service, and handling customer inquiries and complaints efficiently. To excel in this role, you should have strong P&L Management and Budgeting skills, expertise in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, experience in Hiring and staff management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is a plus. Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred.,
