Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Restaurant Chef role located in Silvassa. The Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes, and ensure the highest quality standards for food preparation. Responsibilities include managing food ingredients, maintaining hygiene standards, and collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional meals. The Chef will also contribute to menu planning and ensure that food is served efficiently and attractively to guests.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking techniques
• Strong knowledge of Hygiene standards and practices
• Expertise in Food Service and Culinary Skills, including attention to detail and presentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in menu planning and an ability to innovate new recipes
• Formal culinary training or certification is an advantage
