Restaurant Chef

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Chef at Fog and Fern Café, located in Dharampur, Kasauli. The Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, prepare high-quality dishes, plan menus, and maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety. They will work alongside the kitchen team to ensure seamless food preparation and service, manage inventory, and create exciting culinary experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary Skills to craft diverse and high-quality dishes.
• Strong knowledge and adherence to Hygiene practices and Food Safety standards.
• Experience in Food Service, including kitchen management and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Relevant certifications or degrees in Culinary Arts or a related field preferred not compulsory.
• Prior experience in a professional kitchen or restaurant setting is a plus.

Salary in between 13k - 18k as per experience / skills.
