Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Team Member for our outlet at Inorbit Mall, Malad. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling responsibilities similar to a Restaurant Captain, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality customer service and handle guest queries. Supervise and support team members during shifts. Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations. Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards are maintained. Assist in upselling and achieving daily service targets. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality (restaurant/café background preferred). Good command of English. Strong leadership, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
