Restaurant Captain

M Grill, a distinguished unit of the Paragon Group of Restaurants located in Calicut, is looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Captain to lead our front-of-house service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality with 2–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining or multi-cuisine environment. As a Restaurant Captain, you will be responsible for supervising daily service operations, ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, handling customer queries, and maintaining hygiene and safety protocols. You should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, be proficient with POS systems, and be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays. A diploma or degree in Hotel Management is preferred.
