Job Description

Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant floor Greet guests, manage seating, and ensure personalized service Take and serve accurate food and beverage orders Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for seamless guest experience Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per brand standards Ensure adherence to service SOPs and quality control measures Upsell menu items and promote daily specials Guide and train junior team members and stewarding staff Monitor inventory and assist in floor stock management when required Ensure timely billing and assist in cash/card handling at the POS Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Rotational shift Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 19/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 19/06/2025
