Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and train the service team on food service techniques, etiquette, and guest handling
Maintain a professional and respectful work environment
Communicate with guests to ensure satisfaction and proactively resolve any complaints
Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff for timely order delivery
Take orders, handle POS systems, and assist staff during busy hours or manpower shortages
Monitor and report any issues to the management immediately for resolution
Maintain accurate billing and table management using POS systems
Upsell food and drinks to improve average order value
Actively collect guest feedback and reviews
Take initiative to improve restaurant sales and show measurable results
Be honest, punctual, and professional at all times

What We’re Looking For:

Strong leadership and communication skills
Hands-on experience with POS systems and basic inventory handling
Excellent problem-solving and people skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
