Job Title: Assistant Manager – Restaurant The Assistant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and team performance. This role involves assisting with staff management, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Restaurant Manager in supervising daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures. Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies. Monitor and manage staff scheduling, training, and performance. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist in inventory management, stock control, and ordering supplies. Support sales and marketing initiatives to promote the restaurant. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory role. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of restaurant management software and MS Office. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Relevant certifications (e.g., Food Safety, First Aid) are a plus. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
