In this role as an Editorial Board Resourcing Associate, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with authors, reviewers, and the academic community at large. Your key responsibilities will include: - Data management and analysis - Customer engagement - Process improvement - Supporting journal Editors-in-Chief in recruitment activities - Assessing recruitment needs and identifying suitable candidates for editorial board roles based on predefined criteria - Engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparent communication and timely recruitment processes - Collaborating with analytics and data teams to enhance tools for external editor identification and contributing to ongoing process enhancements To qualify for this role, you should: - Hold a Master's degree in any discipline of Science - Possess at least 1 year of experience The position is based at 1201/1301, Building No. 5 (R3), Gera Commerzone, Kharadi, Pune, and follows a hybrid work model.
