With a workforce of over 1000 professionals in Technology, Research & Analysis, and Marketing shared services, we focus on enhancing the content dissemination process. In this role as an Editorial Board Resourcing Associate, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with authors, reviewers, and the academic community at large. Your key responsibilities will include data management and analysis, customer engagement, and process improvement. You will support journal Editors-in-Chief in recruitment activities, assess recruitment needs, and identify suitable candidates for editorial board roles based on predefined criteria. Engaging with both internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure transparent communication and timely recruitment processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with analytics and data teams to enhance tools for external editor identification and contribute to ongoing process enhancements. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Master's degree in any discipline of Science and possess at least 1 year of experience. The position is based at 1201/1301, Building No. 5 (R3), Gera Commerzone, Kharadi, Pune, and follows a hybrid work model. Desired skills include strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in problem-solving. A high level of computer literacy and the ability to work collaboratively towards team objectives are also essential.
