Resources - Liquid Painting line will be responsible for new colors development, Decals and painting process establishment .
Required candidate should have hands-on experience in paint preparation and understanding the parameters that influence both manual and robotic application. They possess basic technical knowledge of paint, thinner, and solvent specifications, along with experience in shade matching and color harmony. They are skilled in identifying and troubleshooting various paint application defects and have foundational knowledge in decal development, configurations, and application on parts. Additionally, they understand printing processes, ink characteristics, base-film and decal testing, and can troubleshoot decal printing issues while supporting rejection control.
