WBS /Program Management:
• Creating WBS/Program codes based on the request from Program Teams for Local PD & Rest of the world support. • Coordinating with Model Planner/Program Managers & Finance team for Budget and Approvals (WBSRegistry /PID/SOW) for the programs as per defined process. • Activating /Deactivating of WBS/Program codes in RP Tool based on the Program timeline incoordination with Finance & Program Responsible across various Domains/Verticals. • Escalating expiring Program support to Program Responsible on monthly basis for deactivation orextension of Program support. • Maintaining the Master WBS /Programs Database with latest updates and sharing the Status to Financeon a monthly basis.
RP (Resource Planning) Tool Management, Reporting & Resource Alignment :
Essential skills
Must be experienced with Project management activities and deliverables.
Desired skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, results oriented and continually changing environment
-Advanced proficiency in English Language is must -Excellent Presentation, Communication & negotiation skills -Ability to work by meeting multiple deadlines with the ability to deliver on time
