Resource Management Officer

As a Relationship Management Officer at GlobalLogic in Gwal Pahari, Gurgaon, your role involves resource management techniques in a client-facing capacity. Your responsibilities will include: - Having 3+ years of experience in Relationship Management / Resource Management. - Holding a Master of Business Management from at least a Tier 3 College. - Assigning resources to specific client engagement projects while considering resource utilization needs, planning targets, skills allocation, actual utilization, and staffing levels. - Developing and managing tactical and strategic resource plans for an offering or service line, aligning workforce planning with the business plan. - Assembling qualified teams according to project budget and schedule plans. - Coordinating resource redeployment or retraining with human resources. - Assigning employees to projects based on their skillsets, experience, and availability. - Monitoring day-to-day project activities and related resourcing. - Proficiency in English for effective communication with C-level executives. - Readiness to work in a 24x7 environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting. - Demonstrating flexibility with work hours to support team members in different time zones.
