Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage
IC-COE, ICFR, CSA, and CCM
, including monthly/quarterly assessments and control testing
Identify, track, and remediate
control deficiencies, risks, and audit observations
Coordinate
Internal, Statutory, and External Audits
, including documentation and closure of points
Handle
Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
activities such as Risk Register, BCP, KRI dashboards, and management reporting
Develop, review, and implement
Policies, SOPs, and Delegation of Authority (DoA)
and prepare MIS and board-level presentations

Key Skills

Strong knowledge of
Internal Controls, ICFR, IC-COE, CSA, CCM, ERM, and GRC
Experience in
audit coordination, compliance, and risk management
Proficiency in
MIS reporting, dashboards, data analytics
, and automation initiatives
Advanced
MS Excel and PowerPoint
with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
