Resort Manager

About the Role

Hunter’s Hideout Resort is looking for an experienced Resort Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be hospitality-focused, guest-friendly, and sales-driven, with prior hotel or resort management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Handling: Ensure a seamless and memorable stay experience, handle queries, complaints, and special requests.
• Reservations & Sales: Manage reservations, coordinate with offline travel agents, and drive B2B sales (excluding OTAs).
• Operations Management: Supervise staff across housekeeping, F&B, and front office.
• Team Leadership: Motivate and train staff to maintain high service standards.
• Revenue & Cost Management: Monitor performance, control costs, and boost revenue.
• Quality & Reviews: Focus on guest satisfaction, encourage reviews, and maintain resort reputation.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in hotel or resort management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (mandatory).
• Guest-oriented personality with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse team.
• Willingness to stay on-site full time.
