Job Description

Maintain resort property as a valuable Asset by appropriate utilization of budgets, proper up-keep, repairs & maintenance and renovation when necessary.
Ensure strict adherence to laid down SOPs in various departments
Conduct regular reviews to check achievement of financial and customer budgets / F&B spends etc. at the resort
Hire Department Heads of the right quality and impart induction and continuous training
Based on Customer Feedback and advice from Cluster Manager / Regional Head, implement various programs towards improvements, enhancements etc.
Proactive liaison with local government authorities / regulators for smooth functioning of the resort
Assist the Cluster Manager / Regional Head in conducting periodic audit of the resort and implement action plans for improvement where necessary
Generate, monitor and analyze MIS on a regular basis and take corrective actions where necessary
Innovate new ideas and based on approval from Cluster Manager / Regional Head, implement them for productivity improvement, cost optimization and revenue enhancement
Protect the Brand Image by ensuring a positive customer experience at all times in the resort
Effective vendor management, maintaining the quality and standards and cost optimization
Provide excellent customer service to enable new memberships and upgrades to existing memberships
Conduct various CSR activities in and around the resort to promote community development thereby enhancing our brand image
Lead, motivate and guide the Resort Team through various Retention / recognition / reward programs
