Resort Experience Manager

As the Property Manager on Duty, your role is crucial in overseeing all property operations to ensure the highest levels of hospitality and service are consistently provided. You will represent property management in resolving any guest-related situations and manage the flow of questions while directing guests within the lobby. Additionally, you will serve as the Guest Relations Manager, responsible for tracking service issues. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage the guest services team - Supervise and manage employees, celebrating successes and recognizing contributions - Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish tasks - Maintain strong working relationships with all departments to support property operations - Provide exceptional customer service that exceeds customer satisfaction and retention - Implement customer recognition and service programs, ensuring property policies are administered fairly - Identify developmental needs of others and provide coaching and mentoring to improve their knowledge and skills - Maintain high visibility in public areas during peak times and fulfill Front Desk duties in high demand periods Qualifications Required: - High school diploma or GED; 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area OR - 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required At Marriott International, we are committed to being an equal opportunity employer, valuing and celebrating the unique backgrounds of our associates.
