Role Description

The specialist will be responsible for assisting clients in buying properties, providing comprehensive information about available properties, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves market research, generating leads, and building relationships with potential clients to drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer service
• Strong understanding of the real estate market in Pune
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct market research and generate leads
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in driving sales growth and meeting sales targets
• Knowledge of sustainability and environmentally friendly building practices is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
