Job Description

Residential Network Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, manage, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VPN).
Troubleshoot network issues (hardware and software) and provide timely resolutions.
Configure and install routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
Collaborate with IT teams to enhance system reliability and security.
Document network issues, resolutions, and configurations accurately.
Support end-users with network-related problems.
Perform routine network upgrades, patching, and preventive maintenance.
Assist in disaster recovery planning and network redundancy implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent networking tools is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are preferred.
