Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Resident Engineer with strong expertise in bridge construction projects to join our team at the Vadodara location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, supervising, and ensuring the quality and timely execution of bridge works in compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all on-site activities related to bridge construction.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and the project team to ensure smooth execution.
• Review and approve construction drawings, materials, and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality control procedures, and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and highlight any risks or delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders for project updates and approvals.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (or related field).
• 5–7 years of proven experience in bridge construction and supervision.
• Strong knowledge of bridge engineering principles, materials, and construction techniques.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple site challenges.
• Familiarity with safety standards and quality management systems.
