Residency/Access and ECOM Change Manager, VP

As a Residency/Access and ECOM Change Manager at Deutsche Bank, your role involves ensuring compliance with cross-border data transfer laws and regulations by standardizing and implementing Residency & Access Controls across the bank. You will work within the Chief Data Office to streamline data transfer processes, introduce automation, and enhance data Residency & Access controls. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with Business & Infrastructure areas to deliver Analysis and Change, articulate requirements, and document details on process, metrics, and data. - Develop project/product & change artefacts, including scope, business case, communication, change management, and training plans. - Provide training/mentoring on methodologies like change management, agile, process re-engineering, and project methodologies. - Analyze business requirements, design optimal target state business processes, and create roadmaps for solution development and implementation. - Support the delivery of additional initiative outcomes as required. **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of experience in Data, Technology, Risk, and/or Compliance. - Strong knowledge of Banking technology and Privacy requirements. - Demonstrable experience in Change Management and Business analysis. - Solid experience in designing and managing control processes, including implementing automated solutions. - Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and deliver to tight deadlines. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
