Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Executive located at Fairmont Udaipur Palace. The Reservations Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of reservation activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing high-quality customer service. Tasks also include handling sales inquiries, maintaining accurate records of reservations, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

  • Experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficiency in managing Reservations
  • Sales skills and ability to handle inquiries effectively
