Reservations Executive

As a Reservations Executive at Bookurjourney Group, you will be responsible for handling queries from travel agents and providing appropriate quotes based on their requirements. Your primary focus will be on maintaining good PR with travel agents by effectively communicating and following up with them to convert queries into bookings. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Travel Operations, particularly in destinations such as Thailand and Dubai. You must possess excellent communication skills to ensure a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the booking process, aiming to achieve customer satisfaction at every stage.
