Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Executive located in Devikulam. The Reservations Executive will manage day-to-day reservation tasks, including processing bookings, handling customer inquiries, managing room availability, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with other departments to optimize sales and enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong Reservations and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Sales experience and ability to promote the hotel's services effectively
• Proficiency in using reservation systems and hotel management software
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
