Job Title: Reservations Executive

Location: Pondicherry (Work from Office)
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (including incentives)
Commitment: Minimum 1 year
Probation Period: 3 months

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Reservations Executive to manage and streamline the end-to-end reservations process for boutique hospitality properties. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly across departments to ensure a smooth booking experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reservations through OTAs, direct bookings, and offline channels.
• Handle guest communication professionally via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate booking data in PMS systems and OTA extranets.
• Ensure property listings, rates, and availability are consistently updated.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, email templates, and process documentation.
• Review guest correspondence for accuracy, tone, and service quality.
• Coordinate with property teams to ensure smooth check-ins and special requests.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly booking and revenue reports.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in reservations or front office within the hospitality sector.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency with PMS systems and OTA extranets (e.g., Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb).
• Strong command of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email correspondence.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
