Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Airline Ticketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in airline reservations, fare calculations, and GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless booking processes and excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international flight bookings for individual and group travelers.
• Manage ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds.
• Coordinate with airlines and clients to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
• Provide fare quotations, itineraries, and schedule information to customers.
• Use GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) for booking and ticketing.
• Maintain and update customer records and booking logs.
• Resolve booking issues, schedule changes, and fare discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Diploma in Travel & Tourism preferred).
• 1–5 years of experience in airline ticketing or travel industry.
• Proficiency in at least one GDS system (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of airline fare rules, visa requirements, and travel documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
