Reservation Executive

Core Responsibilities:

• Booking and Processing:
• Taking and processing reservation requests via phone, email, or in person.
• Verifying availability of rooms, services, or other resources.
• Confirming reservations and providing necessary details to customers.
• Handling cancellations and modifications to existing reservations.
• Customer Service:
• Providing information about rates, policies, and services.
• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintaining accurate records of reservations and customer information.
• Ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the reservation system.
• Other Tasks:
• May be involved in checking guests in and out.
• May participate in sales and marketing efforts to promote occupancy.
• May assist with other front desk duties as needed.
• Specific to Travel Industry:
• Researching and gathering travel information.
• Developing and maintaining travel policies.
• Conducting market research.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,067.43 - ₹34,020.57 per month
