Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rishikesh for a Reservation Associate. The Reservation Associate will be responsible for managing reservations, engaging with guests to address inquiries and provide recommendations, supervising bookings through various platforms, and ensuring the smooth execution of check-ins and check-outs. The role also involves maintaining guest satisfaction, handling feedback, and collaborating with team members to promote a positive and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in booking systems, reservation management, and customer service platforms
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with excellent interpersonal abilities
• Experience in multitasking, problem-solving, and maintaining a hospitable guest experience
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to ensure smooth processes
• Prior experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in English (additional language skills are a bonus)
